If player unlocked Legendary Dragon in Missing Dragon Rescue.
The easiest way to obtain dragon with single Legend element is to rescue Immortal Dragon, Impassible Dragon, Imp Dragon or Sap Dragon. Alternatively, to breed two single element dragons with the element (example: Legacy Dragon, Norse Dragon, Brainy Dragon etc) and both dragons have empowered level 1 (or 1 star). 
The best method is to breed Time Dragon with any single-Legend-element Dragon (example: Legacy Dragon, Norse Dragon, Brainy Dragon etc). All the dragons used for breeding must have a certain rarity or being empowered enough. The rainbow globe is bigger along with the horns.

It has round yellow eyes with purple irises. It has two short horns and blonde curly hair. In Baby Form, Legacy Dragon appears to have two small wings and do not have any legs. It has rainbow colors and decorated with translucent stars. Legacy Dragon's Egg has a smooth surface.
